LJ PERFORMANCE LLC operates the LJ Performance website. This notice describes our public website contact, trial and enrollment forms, website account and payment interactions, and Ask LJP. It does not describe every separate coaching application. Contact support@ljperformance.pro with questions about your information.

Information you provide and why

Contact forms collect your name, contact details and message so we can respond to your inquiry. Trial and enrollment forms collect athlete and parent or guardian details, including date of birth, training goals and background, and health or injury information requested in the form. Some intake routes allow optional documents or existing performance reports. The fields and upload options depend on the service and registration stage.

We use this information to respond to you, arrange requested trials and training, identify the correct athlete, administer enrollment and agreements, and support requested services. Website account information supports sign-in and access to services. Order, membership and payment records support purchase and billing administration. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive details in general messages and do not send payment-card details by contact form or chat.

Providers supporting the website

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security checks and technical infrastructure. Security checks process technical information such as IP addresses. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to measure website use. Google-based administration tools support intake processing, SignWell supports electronic agreements, and Stripe supports payments. Which services process your information depends on the action you take.

Our newsletter links lead to the LJ Performance publication hosted by Beehiiv. Subscribing there is a separate interaction with that service. Outside links and connected providers have their own privacy notices. This notice does not promise that provider systems keep no logs or use no cookies.

Ask LJP

Ask LJP uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Your question and recent conversation context are sent to that service to generate a response. Do not enter medical records, payment details, passwords or other sensitive personal information into the assistant.

Records and requests

Records can remain after an inquiry or training ends. Information may exist in intake records, agreements, payment records and correspondence. Contact support@ljperformance.pro to ask about information associated with you or your child, or to request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business purposes. We do not promise that every record can be deleted or that all systems use the same retention period.

Youth registration and publicity

A parent or guardian should complete youth registration. This notice explains information handling; it does not grant permission to publish an athlete’s photo, testimonial or training results. Publicity permission is a separate matter.
