Footage of LJP training. Your training block is shaped after an individual conversation.
One athlete. One connected picture.
We connect performance testing with GPS and field data, your training history and how you respond. Together, they help us choose priorities, plan the work and review progress. No single number tells the whole story.

01 / Performance testing
Testing shows how the athlete performs in specific tasks: sprint speed, jumping, force production and changing direction. We track these qualities over time and connect them with the demands of the field.
02 / GPS & field data
GPS describes the work performed on the field: distance, running demands and workload patterns. We read that exposure alongside performance testing, the player’s schedule and coaching observations to guide the next step.
Select any dashboard to expand it. On a phone, scroll across the enlarged view to inspect the detail.

See recorded weekly totals alongside a four-week baseline. This gives the coaching conversation a history, not just a single-session number.

Compare recent recorded-day averages with a longer baseline. Missing days are not treated as zero.

Compare the shape of a performance profile across multiple GPS measures. This example combines historical profiles against a supplied positional reference.

View recorded weekly distance relative to tagged match-session distance. The comparison describes exposure; it is not a target score.

Compare each week with the average of the displayed historical period. Use the pattern alongside the player’s schedule and coaching observations.
Anonymized historical dashboard examples, not results from this camp. Profile comparisons use an aggregate example. Workload measures provide context alongside coaching judgment; they do not predict injury or define a universal safe training level.
